With an MBA, an MFA, and over 15 years of experience in creative operations, I stand at the intersection of business acumen and creative innovation. My career has spanned senior leadership roles across digital, media, and brand agencies, where I’ve guided global teams through transformative change and delivered high-impact campaigns for iconic brands such as Netflix, Amazon, Kia, and National Geographic. Working hands-on to lead large-scale projects and manage cross-functional teams, I’m dedicated to building high-performing, purpose-driven teams and advancing both brand and organizational goals.

Throughout my career, I’ve thrived on the challenge of turning the seemingly-impossible into reality. My expertise spans operations management, process optimization, strategic planning, and capability expansion. In my executive roles, I’ve been deeply involved in defining and executing organizational strategies with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. I live in New York with my husband of 25 years, three children, and three pets. My creativity extends outside of work with passions for landscaping, cocktails, and DIY projects that keep me exploring new ideas.
